These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of our food delivery app, Food Bites Palamaner (the "App") and the services provided through the App, including the ordering and delivery of food and other products (the "Services"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App or the Services.

 

2. Use of the App and Services

 

The App and Services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 15 years of age. By using the App and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

 

You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. You agree not to use the App or Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

 

3.Ordering and Delivery

 

The App allows you to place orders for food and other products from participating restaurants and other food providers (the "Restaurants"). Once you place an order, the Restaurant will prepare and deliver your order to the address you provide.You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, address, phone number, and any special instructions. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

 

You may be required to pay a delivery fee for your order. The delivery fee will be displayed on the App before you place your order.

You may pay for your order through the App using a valid credit or debit card. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount of your order, including any taxes, fees, and delivery charges.

 

If you believe that a charge on your card is unauthorized, you must notify us immediately. If we determine that a charge was unauthorized, we will refund the charge and cancel the order.

 

5.Refunds and Cancellations

 

You may cancel an order at any time after order confirmed. If you cancel an order, you will not receive a full refund.Once the Restaurant begins preparing an order, you may no longer cancel the order. 6.Limitation of Liability

 

The App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the Services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App or provided through the Services.

 

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App or the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

 

Changes to the Terms

 

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App and Services after any changes to these Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of the new Terms.
